Fashion Month: The best-dressed street style stars in New York, London, Paris and Milan!
Fashion month is underway, which means the world’s most revered and well-dressed industry players are dashing around the four fashion capitals – New York, London, Milan and Paris – in one co-ordinated and deeply stylish cohort.
Ostensibly, all of the action from the bi-annual event takes place on the runway, with major fashion houses like Tom Ford, Marc Jacobs and Oscar de la Renta among the US designers to have already debuted their collections for autumn/winter 2020 in New York.
But Fashion Month is no less of a spectacle off the catwalk.
Every season, hoards of street style stars team the streets in runway-ready outfits, whether it’s a luxe vintage ensemble or a logomania Fendi co-ord.
As the fashion pack gears up for a busy few weeks of non-stop shows, we’ve chosen our favourite street style looks so far.

The 77th annual Golden Globes provided viewers with a myriad of memorable fashion moments, from Billy Porter’s feather suit to Saoirse Ronan’s shimmering Celine gown.
But, the one outfit people on social media just haven’t been able to stop talking about since it hit the red carpet on Sunday night is Jennifer Lopez’s dress.
The singer, who was nominated for her role in Hustlers, is renowned for her show-stopping style, having won the CFDA's 2019 Fashion Icon award in 2019 and breaking the internet with the return of that Versace jungle dress.
However, on Sunday night the 50-year-old added another major look to her already striking sartorial list.
The Maid in Manhattan star wore a strapless, Valentino ball gown that featured a white skirt and larger-than-life green and gold bow.
Lopez paired her ensemble with a with a high braided updo, 145 carats of emerald-and-diamond jewellery courtesy of Harry Winston and a matching clutch bag.
Fans had mixed reactions to the look on Twitter, with many praising the actor for her over-the-top ensemble.
“@JLo looks stunning on the #goldenglobes red carpet,” one person wrote.
However, others disagreed, with another Twitter user writing: “Maybe JLo wearing that hideous dress was punishment to the Golden Globe committee since she knew she wasn’t gonna win.” [sic]
For most people though, Lopez’s outfit was simply great meme material, with the star being compared to everything from Christmas wrapping paper to an episode of Friends.
“JLo noooo, this isn’t a christmas party sweetie,” one person wrote.
Another commented: “JLo out here looking like a Macy's holiday display that got up and walked away.”
A third person shared a side-by-side photo of Lopez and Friend’s character Phoebe Buffay, referencing the episode in which she covers a hummus stain on her dress with a Christmas decoration .
“JLO’s Golden Globes dress is giving me Phoebe covering a hummus stain with a Christmas bow vibe,” they wrote.
Others thought that the actor’s outfit looked remarkably similar to a Christmas jumper worn by Ryan Reynolds in 2018, writing: “Jlo out here looking like Ryan Reynolds ugly sweater.”
Lopez walked the carpet with her fiancé Alex Rodriguez, who sported a classic black tuxedo.
The fashion icon was nominated this year for her role as stripper Ramona Vega in Hustlers, which she learned how to pole dance for.
